This activity involves all official vehicles of Party and government organs (including Party committees and their subordinate departments, people's congresses, governments and their subordinate departments, CPPCC, courts, procuratorates, vertical management departments), people's organizations and institutions. Law enforcement vehicles with obvious markings sprayed by public, procuratorate, law, department, industry and commerce, City Administration and other units may not be marked, but they should be reported to the traffic police brigade of the county discipline commission, County organ affairs administration and County Public Security Bureau for the record.
The logo of official vehicles requires that it be placed in a striking position in the upper right corner of the windshield inside the front of the bus. Newly purchased buses should be posted within 3 days after purchase. The sub-bureaus of the Discipline and Industry Commission and the disciplinary inspection teams of the departments dispatched by the County Discipline Commission Supervision Bureau are responsible for the supervision and implementation of the work posted by the affiliated units.
The principal person in charge of each unit shall be the first person responsible for the implementation of the bus logo and shall strengthen the management of the official vehicles used by the unit. The Administrative Bureau of county organs should conscientiously strengthen the unified management of the county's official vehicles. In conjunction with the discipline inspection and supervision department, it should accept the supervision and reporting of the masses of cadres and the news media on violations of the regulations on official vehicles. Traffic police departments will deal with the violations of the marked buses according to law, and report all violations of the laws and regulations to the County Discipline Commission Supervisory Bureau and the County Organ Affairs Administration Bureau for the record before June 20 and December 20 each year.
