Yang Dehua, male, Tujia nationality, born in March 1965, is from Yinjiang, Guizhou Province. He has a university degree from the Party School of the Provincial Party Committee. He worked in August 1987 and joined the Communist Party of China in October 1989.
From September 1984 to December 1997, Yang Dehua worked in a number of townships in Yinjiang County, serving as a clerk, mayor and Secretary of the Party Committee of the town; from December 1997 to March 2002, he served as deputy county head of Yinjiang County; from March 2002 to February 2003, he served as deputy secretary, deputy county head and acting county head of the Party Committee of Shiqian County; from February 2003 to June 2006, he served as deputy secretary and county head of the Party Committee of Shiqian County; from June 2006 to June 2009, he served as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Shiqian County.
