Living in Baiyun District of Guiyang City, veteran party member Cao Zhenfan Aunt enjoyed watching the "Regulations" and "Guidelines" to learn publicity cartoons. In addition to Aunt Cao, the scene attracted many party members and residents to stop and watch.
In order to motivate the Party members and the masses to learn consciously, willingly and without forgetting. Baiyun District communities through the exhibition of this kind of cartoons with fewer words and more pictures, so that the old party members can see at a glance, and achieved better results. Up to now, the number of people watching in each community is more than 500 per day, and the cumulative number of people watching is more than 5000.
