We should do a good job of checking the Customs at the beginning and ensure that people are responsible for it. According to the division of administrative authority and responsibilities of cadres, timely diversion and transfer of letters and petitions report should be carried out so as to clear the direction and clear the responsibility. For letters and visits initially checked, filed or settled, the system of guarantee responsibility of the Standing Committee of the Discipline Commission and lifelong responsibility of the sponsors should be implemented.
Do a good job of supervising and managing the customs, and ensure that every piece has an echo. By telephone, written and on-site supervision, follow up the handling of letters and visits, promptly deal with the difficulties and problems in the process of investigation, and conduct a responsibility check for delays and inadequate handling.
Do a good job of auditing to ensure the quality of handling. Strictly implement the one-time notification system, five-level checking system and the replication system of letters and visits, and implement five-level checking system for letters and visits investigation reports, namely, undertaking units, contacting leaders, responsible leaders, supervising leaders and main leaders. The investigation results will be answered and publicized to real-name informants, and efforts will be made to make government affairs and village affairs more public so as to truly complete the case.
