Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, General Secretary Xi Jinping has delivered a series of important speeches on reform, development, stability, internal affairs, foreign affairs, national defense, and running the Party, state and army. These are our ideological weapons and action guides for us to do our work well. Every step of the development of inspection work should be accompanied by in-depth study and implementation of the spirit of the General Secretary's series of important speeches, deepening and deepening in persistence, so as to seize the new situation and solve new problems.



The root of all the problems found in the inspection lies in the weakening of the Party's leadership and the weakening of the Party's construction. The most important features of General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of important speeches are: socialism with Chinese characteristics-ldquo; three self-confidence-rdquo; the core essence of mdash; & mdash; upholding the leadership of the Communist Party of China with integrity, clear banner and unambiguous, no matter at home or abroad, where to speak. The key to learning lies in understanding, and the purpose of understanding lies in implementation. General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of important speeches embody the Party's line, principles and policies, are the extension of the spirit of the Eighteenth National Congress of the Party and are the promotion of “ five-in-one ” construction and “ four comprehensive ” strategic layout “ soul”. They attend or attend all important meetings of the Central Committee and often listen to the speech of the General Secretary on the spot. But when we go back to convey and implement, we often finish reading and expressing our attitude, failing to really see the action. The fundamental problem is that we have not grasped the spirit of speech accurately and learned how to do it, and we have no connection with our thoughts, work and the actual situation of our region and our unit to prescribe drugs and implement it on a case-by-case basis.



There is great truth in small stories. From a very small example, we can often see how much we have mastered and how well we have implemented the General Secretary's speech. Inspection teams should be good at grasping the details. Every place they go, they should consult the minutes of the Party Committee's meetings, the summary of the Party's mass line education practice, and the report on special education to see how the series of important speeches of the General Secretary are conveyed and implemented, and whether the requirements of the rectification have been fulfilled or a set of proposals has been made. We should study and think deeply about the problems found during the inspection and find out the answers from the series of important speeches by General Secretary Xi Jinping. They not only consistently emphasize adherence to the leadership of the Party, but also clearly put forward individualized requirements for different places and fields. The inspection team should use General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches on organization, propaganda, United front, economy, mass organizations, literature and art as a mirror, make a careful comparison and find out the problems existing in the Party organizations being inspected. We should pay close attention to the Party Secretary's & ldquo; the key minority & rdquo; and see if the leadership core and Battle Fortress role of their Party organizations have not been brought into play, and whether the spirit of the General Secretary's speech has been firmly implemented. Inspection feedback should embody the political level, be good at summarizing, abstracting, comparing with the spirit of the General Secretary's speech, find out the root of the disease and prescribe a good prescription.



General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of important speeches should be taken as a powerful weapon to carry out inspections, highlighting the political orientation of inspections, innovating ways and methods, promoting full coverage of inspections, and constantly improving the pertinence and effectiveness of inspections.
