Provincial Agricultural Committee: Legislation and Reform of Problems Discovered by Inspection

Recently, the Provincial Agricultural Committee convened a meeting of the Party Group to convey the spirit of studying the Regulations on the Patrol Work of the Communist Party of China and related Leaders'speeches, and to study and implement measures.
The meeting conveyed Comrade Wang Qishan's important speech spirit in the central inspection work leading group's study and implementation of the Regulations teleconference, Comrade Chen Miner's important speech spirit in the Standing Committee (Expanded) meeting of the Provincial Party Committee, Comrade Song Xuantao's speech spirit in the provincial inspection work leading group's implementation of the Regulations meeting and the promotion meeting of the people's livelihood supervision work in the province. And put forward suggestions for implementation to the Party Committee and group. Liu Fucheng, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group, demanded that first, we should combine with & ldquo; three stringent and three solid & rdquo; special education, incorporate the Regulations into the study of the Party Leadership Group Central Group and the Party Branch & ldquo; three sessions and one lesson & rdquo; content, thorough spirit, grasp the requirements, and implement them in practical work. Second, we should formulate the implementation opinions of the Provincial Agricultural Commission in light of the actual situation. Leaded by Party members and cadres at the level of departments and departments, and combined with the three-year campaign of building honesty in the agricultural system of the whole province, we should strengthen the supervision and inspection of funds for agricultural projects, perform the leading duties well, and do a good job in the work of incorruptible government culture entering rural parks; establish a inspection system to highlight & ldquo; two responsibilities-rdquo; implement the six major disciplines, eight regulations, personnel selection and corruption, and so on, by stages and batches to affiliated enterprises. Institutions carry out comprehensive inspection. Third, we will vigorously support and cooperate with the work of the Second Special Inspection Group of the Provincial Committee of Agriculture in order to ensure the smooth progress of the special inspection work. At the same time, the problems found in the inspection should be clarified and reformed, and the personnel who are derelict of duty and serious violations of discipline should be firmly accountable and punished.
