After signing the agreement, the Jiangzhou Bureau of Industry and Commerce can obtain relevant data of the main body of the network market on Taobao and Tianmao platforms, which are located in Alibaba, such as the main body information of online stores, buyer information, transaction snapshots, order details, transaction records, etc., and automatically stamp electronic signatures to generate effective official documents for the law enforcement departments of our city to investigate and deal with the network. The network violation cases provide technical and data support to realize the interconnection and interoperability of network transaction supervision information, shorten the period of law enforcement information acquisition, and improve the efficiency of network supervision and law enforcement. The signing of the agreement will help our city to solve the problem of cross-regional supervision of network transactions, severely crack down on all kinds of illegal acts of network transactions, and comprehensively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of consumers in our city.
